Hi, i converted an svcd to dvd using Tmpg. Now i want to author the resulting .mpg file, which i have just made, and burn it to dvd. However, when i use tmpgenc to author the file, i test it first on my computer using power dvd, and every time i check the film goes progressively out of sync. I hae tried with out any chapters etc, and for some reason i still have the same problem??
Can anyone please point me in the right direction or give me any advice as to how i can resolve this.
The svcd, initially was not out of sync, neither is the converted file.
Thanks and any help is greatly appreciated

Use r/w media - burn and check results on set top. If audio sync still gradually goes out, dump entire project and look for a good replacement source file. Fixing that type of sync is extremely difficult.
Always check helpfiles/instructions before leaping... -
...if it's not that simple as that you're changing the frame rate when going from SVCD to DVD? Don't. Nothing but trouble down that path.
For simple SVCD to DVD transition, try SVCD2DVDMPG.
