I have send the following email and after that one more email with no reply.



I am using your SVCD2dvd softwareProvides by Chris after apying the full donation. It works well at my office.

Recently, i have bought a dvd recorder for my home PC.

I am trying to convert the same Svcd (2 movies) which i converted
successfuly at my office in my home computer.

When i try to run it throgh '' DVD Shrink 3.1"" , the first moves goes well
and when it comes to the 2 movie 's first VOB files , i am getting a error
message. The proceess stops.

If i record it i get only one movie plays well and second movie does not
play.

i am attaching the svcd2dvd conversion log by your program as weel as the
eror message from 'DVD Shrink 3.1"

i thnk i am having your program setup trouble.


the way i record svcd is as follows:


1) 2 svcd 3cd in each run it through your svcd2dvd program.
2) using DVD Shrink 3.1 , shrink the files to dvd size
3) using ImgTool 0.91.1 convert to iso file
4) sing dvd DVD Decrypter, i recod to dvd.


all the above programs wrks for me all the time at my home computer too.


I JSUT HAVE TROUBLE IF I TRY CONVERTING SBCD USING YOUR PROGRAM.

PLEASE GO OVER THE ERROR MESSAGE AND THE SVCD2DVD CONVERSION LOG AND HELO
ME RESOLVE MY ISSU WITH YOUR SOFTWARE.

As i said in my email to you:

What happens if you process & burn just the second movies? Does that play?
I.e. without the DVD shrink step.

Just try the second movie - one its own - and see if that works. That way we can find out if the sencond movie is at fault or there is something dvdshrink does not like.

Hi Chris:

I have sent an reply to your email on the same day.

If skip and process with out dvd shrink ,

1) the first movie works well

2) in the menu when i click on the second movie Nothing Happen, ie second movie is not playing.

3) i tried several different combination of movies, always first one works , were as i am not able to click on the menu for second movie.

4) IS THERE A Problem in the menu, ie the second movie file are not pointing to the menu???????????

5) after converting SVCD to DVD by your software, i check the VOB file .
VOB file for both the movies works fine when i play it on computer.....

Hi There,
Can you help me please, i have had to reformat my computer and on doig so i have abviously lost my svcd2dvd , i have now been into the members area by using my email address and svcd2dvd sending me my serial number and on doing so i have downloaded the latest version of svcd2dvd and have also updated through my machine mumber and i have also copied the reg.xml file into my svcd2dvd folder but i am getting the following error, the new reg.xml is in the folder butt i cant load the program and keep getting this box. can you help me please.

Trying to recover my reg.xml after a recent full format, i'm entering the registered users area, have got the email containing the link to my machine licence but there are no attachments anywhere, where should the reg.xml.zip be obtained from.

My registered email addy is a hotmail address will this filter the attachment out?
