Here it goes:
I have a 3+ hours long .avi on my computer. I want to convert it to mpeg2 so I can burn it on dvd. I use TMPGEnc as encoder. I use the wizard to create the mpg and it sais the output will be like 3,9 GB with 2-pass encoding. When the encoding is done, the first 2,5 hours of the movie looks fine (with normal/highquality tried both) but on the last half hour the picture is very jerky and blocky. And the output file is only 1,7-1,8 Gb instead of the predicted 3,9.
I hope someone had it before and knows what I'm doing wrong. If you want some more info, just ask.
TIA
