TMPGEnc DVD Author Errors when adding files

I am using TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.5.20 to burn 3 vcd onto 1 dvd. I have been told that the video does not needed to be converted (used ISO Buster to extract the MPG) and the audio will be automatically converted by the program. However when I add the mpg files it gives me 3 errors:

"The video resolution 480x480 cannot be used for a standard DVD."

"The video framrate 29.97 fps cannot be used with the resolution 480x480"

"The video GOP is too long"

How do I fix these problems ? Many posts claimed that no conversion of VIDEO is necessary but I get video errors.

480x480 is not VCD, it is SVCD. Read a svcd to dvd guide.
