  1. I have been using DVD2SVCD for some time now and everything works pretty fine. There is really only one detail that I haven't been able to figure out.

That is how to control the vertical black borders that seems to be added by default. I guess that they are put there to compensate for the TV overscan and that's OK, but I would very much like to be able to control them myself.

I have tried to get rid of them by altering the aspect ratio settings in the Conversion tab, altering the Avisynth setup settings in the Frameserver tab, edited the Avisynthscript in many ways, tried the AutoFitCD Detect Borders plugin, but the borders are always added "on top" of all other settings...

How can I remove these borders?

I also think its odd that it's only vertical borders and not vertical AND horizontal borders that are added, which would make more sense if they are TV overscan borders...

    I'm using DVD2SVCD v 1.2.1 b3, Avisynth 2.5 and Canopus Procoder 1.5.

    Hi Manetheren!

I'm afraid you won't find many answers here, because this is not the DVD2SVCD but the SVCD2DVD Forum.

    Greetz,
