    Just happened to check out the MicroAdvantage site and found that version 0049 of the firmware is out for their 4x drive (AKA BTC 1004i). Has anyone used this firmware yet, or does anyone know where the changelog can be found?

    I have applied this FW using the Liveupdate service.

    No problems so far.

    I'm waiting for 0050 as it is supposed to have bitsetting support: http://club.cdfreaks.com/showthread.php?s=cfa0a102a1197c92081124b39fe215e4&threadid=89847

    I'm using 0047 right now, works quite well on RICHOJPN DVD+R and RITEKG03 DVD-R ... only upchucks on PRINCO, which is crap anyway

    I'd wait for bitsetting before I move again..

    Unless there's something special about this new 0049 we should know about
