[b]converted movie with tmpeg,audio is out of sync[/b]

It me again. I have a problem with my converted mpeg.I uses tmpeg
plus to convert my avi movie to mpeg.The movie can be converted
and the quality is great but the audio is out of sync.The audio is more
faster than the movie.I have already converted the audio to wavvirtual dub but it still has the same problem.Anyway the movie i downloaded have bad video frames.It cause the movie at one point to have a square green
picture but is only for a few second.And that point where the converted
mpeg audio will run out of sync.so does anyone know the problem pls
help me. Thank a lot.
