    trying to encode a VOB file to SVCD i get this message :
    /bin/sh: line 1: /Applications/Vide/Contents/Resources/movtoy4m: No such file or directory
    /bin/sh: line 1: /Applications/Vide/Contents/Resources/yuvscaler: No such file or directory
    **ERROR: [mpeg2enc] Could not read YUV4MPEG2 header: system error (failed read/write)!

    I do not understand why these files are missing. I'm running on Mac OS X 10.3.2.

    ffmpeg wasn't at the root of the applications folder
