  1. Hi All

I have downloaded and installed all componants of this program, all went well and everything installed OK.

    My problem is this.

I select an .mpg file to Encode, I setup ffmpegx to convert to MPEG4 [.avi] (mencoder)

I select the output file, and then click on Encode, the process window opens and after a very short time, it dings at me and states that it is finished.

There is no output file, if I then click on the (i) Info button the window opens, but it ois empty, no Info.

I am at a loss as to what could be doing wrong, I have even read the Information on the ffmpegx website, and can not see what I could not be doing to get this to work.

I just decided I would try reinstalling the main prpgram, all is OK now, sorry to be a pest.

Just one other thing while I am here, what is DD2 as I have been guided to this to convert .avi files to .mov files and then join them?

  3. All sorted now.

Just me trying to run before I could walk, so to speak.

  4. I've had the same problem-- everything appears to work fine but no output. I tried reloading the program and no luck. the info gives me a message about not finding a "sequence header" (see below). any suggestions? thanks!
