Hi, I need to rip or capture some clips of movie from DVD

Convert from DVD to VCD with permanent SUBTITLE
I want it the clip with permanent subtitle

So basically

(1) rip/capture some scene from DVD with subtitle

(2) convert it to mpeg1 with permanent subtitle

(3) burn it with nero :P

What kinda software that could rip/capture some clips directly from DVD, without ripping it first to Hard drive.

Okay, if there is no such software, what is the best way to do it?

I did DVD decrypter, then what is next.

I have try DVDx, and i have no luck

I have no idea to open the subtitle while capturing the scene from the movie.

Suggestion is very Appreciated
