I am making a slideshow for a DVD and i put a Transition in front of each slide. When i play the slideshow the Transition is too fast, i want people to see the picture before it goes to the next one so fast. I have look all over how do i make the transition slower?

I don't have Studio 9, but if it's the same as Studio 8 then you go to 'Setup' and click on 'Edit'. There you can change the default durations.
Most likely you'll want to change the 'Titles/Stills' time and not the transition time. -
i go up to it and edit it click okay but nothin happened when i go to my slideshow and double click on the transition to increases the duration it won't let me go above 4:00 but yet i changed it to 6:00.

Then try this- if you're using the storyboad view, change to the timeline view. Put the cursor on the right edge of the picture/slide (not right side of the transition. The cursor should change to a line with an arrowhead at each end. Click the left mouse button and hold it down while draging the right edge of the picture/slide further to the right. When it's at the length you want, release the mouse button.
Again- that's for Studio 8 and I don't know if it's the same in Studio 9.
