I want to play a home video VHS of mine in my vcr and capture with my camcorder through an av cord adaptor. Is this possible?

To be more specific... Years ago when i had one of those large camcorders that used the regular sized vhs tapes, i made a home video. I would now like to transfer that video to DVD but i do not have a capture card on my computer. All i have is a newer panasonic VHS-C recorder that has firewire options on it and cables that came with it to connect to my computer. any suggestions.

As long as your camcorder has a/v inputs then you should have no problems.

it doesnt have av inputs, it has a input that looks like a headphone jack input on the camcorder and the av cords go to the vcr
