I have about 20 VHSc tapes that I'd like to convert to DVD. I am planning on capturing the tapes via my Sony MiniDV camcorder in MPEG format. Creating some simple menus and then burning to DVD. Any recommendations or suggestions before I begin? Not concerned with editing the tapes at all so I think I can skip the .AVI format and go right to MPEG. I would probably do this through Premiere 6.5.
Any thoughts?

Yep...
....Main Concept 1.4 MPEG Encodertgpo, my real dad, told me to make a maximum of 5,806 posts on vcdhelp.com in one lifetime. So I have.
