Which should i get?? Sony DVPS300 or Panasonic RV31k?

I want to get a dvd player this month..
It's between Sony Dvps300 or Panasonic RV31k?
hope u guys can give me some good advices..
Every review i read about are the same?!

If they are all the same...maybe that should tell you something??..hmmm...however, it all depends on what you plan to use it for..I beleive both these models only play VCDs (well I know the panasonic does for sure)....and that Sony's are notorious for only accepting certain CDRs..they are usually good with RWs....as far as quality output, think they are closely the same...best bet, take a VCD/DVD/mp3 disk whatever you plan on using it for to the store...have them hook it up, and see which one you like.
