From what I read here, a 80min CD-R can actually hold 800MB data without those error correction stuff. My question is how to do that? I want to put a 795MB DivX file on one 80min CD-R. Thanks for your help.

You can not burn a 795MB DivX onto a 80min CD. You can burn in mode2 AudioCD and VideoCD only.

I could be wrong, but couldn't he burn the 795Meg on... oh ho... that's right, I was going to say as a data disk, but a data disk is only 700 Megs. Try cutting off the last 95Megs of your movie, or about 1/8th. Nothing exciting happens in the end of the movie anyways. Or go buy the movie.
