    I want to add subtitles to my svcd (from dvd). But not with winsubmux cuz then i have to watch it in standalone dvd players to see the subtitles. I want to see them in like PowerDVD.

    You can do it manually by following those guides or you can do it all through DVD2SVCD.

    ok ive checked that out. I should press - using SubRip (for SVCD) i guess ? A little bit down on that guide it stands
    IMPORTANT: These subs apparently only work on standalone players!

    If i chose 'Permanent Subtitles' in dvd2svcd, will that solve the problem?
