    I have downloaded a movie that came in 2cd's.
    When i tried to put them together in virtualdub it seems
    that they have different sampling rates.
    Is there a way to fix this so i can make 1 movie out of 2cd,s?

    You can change sampling rates with SSRC. If the command code seems too complicated, you can do it through the BesweetGUI.

    Save both parts in vitualdub with video on direct streaming and audio on full processing mode,then join the 2 saved parts in virtualdub.
