  1. Can anyone help?
I have converted a movie with the extension dmd-mac.cd using
TMPGEnc to MPEG1 no problems, except I have no audio.
I have played about with TMPGEnc but it will not recognize any audio.
Before I converted I had audio and the film plays fine on my computer.
I have to convert to (PAL)MPEG1 so I can play to my Tele. via RealMagic.
    Anyone with any ideas?

Quite right. TMPGEnc doesn't support AC3 audio source.
You have to decode the audio from your source to wav before letting TMPGEnc encode. Simplest way (if your source is AVI) is to simply load the AVI in GoldWave, then Save WAV.
