    I'm wondering if theres a free program out there to convert my AVI (TRUEVISION DVR AVI MJPG) to a windows media streaming video file?

    Any suggestions?

    I think Windows Movie Maker 2 can, its freeware aswell

    I think you could use Virtualdub and maybe this codec?
