If you have an existing DVD authored by SVCD2DVD or any other program you can use the titleset VOBS as follows:

All you need to do is join the VOBs from a title set & rename the resultant file to have a .mpg extension.

    So if you have:

    VTS_01_1.VOB
    VTS_01_2.VOB
    VTS_01_3.VOB

    VTS_02_1.VOB
    VTS_02_2.VOB
    VTS_02_3.VOB

    you would join VTS_01_1.VOB, VTS_01_2.VOB, VTS_01_3.VOB to make VTS_01.mpg

    and join VTS_02_1.VOB, VTS_02_2.VOB, VTS_02_3.VOB to make VTS_02.mpg

These mpg can then be used by SVCD2DVD and will not be reprocessed as they are ready for authoring.

To join files use a file joiner like http://www.peretek.com/sfj.php

I shall add this feature to the next version.

    I have tested this way.
    The DVD looks good.
But DVD-Players on PC play the any movies from VOBx_01 with time information and capital jumps will work. From VOBx_02 no time and no capital jumps going. On a standalone DVD-Player the Movie stops at every Movie on start of VOBx_02 odr jump to next movie.
It must be a problem with the join from the old VOB to the one mpg.
The timecode and capital information and also the jumps from one to the next VOB must be repaired. I have tested TMPGENC and Projekt X, all programs cannot work with the mpg.

    Have you any other ideas?

    Thanks

Are the old titlesets in seperate VTSs in the new structure? Also if you are adding new mpgs are they in seperate VTSs?

Yes, every movie has a new VTS.
    All movies runnibg from menu.
Stops or jump to next Movi(VTS) at ending from old VOB one.
