My friend has a Sony DVD camcorder (DVD100) which they very much enjoy. That unit comes with software called ImageMixer, which could stand some improvements to say the least(I'll not rant here).
My friend has no DVD player on her computer system. I've looked around on internet, and have found no alternative to this piece of .... software. We expected that there'd be a driver that would permit the camera to appear as a disk drive, but alas....
Does anyone here know of an alternative to IM that would allow perhaps some more flexibility, or (hope of hopes) a driver for WinXP that would permit access to the disk through the camera? Perhaps allow DVD Decryptor/SmartRipper access at the least?
