    i have a 24fps video and i 1 2 convert and there is no 24 fps option wat should i do???

    are you using TMPGEnc?

    if so, using the wizard, set the "source settings" so that the "content of video" setting is set to Film Movie. with it set to that, it will encode at 23.976fps, which is pretty damn the same as 24fps. you won't see any difference.
