I was wondering if anybody knows a tool to show a graphical representation of a DVD structure (as shown in Scenarist Layout).

Well, if you look here: https://www.videohelp.com/dvd, you will find a page that shows you DVD file/folder structure. Windows will show you the file arrangement of any file.
