    Still a bit confused on a few things
    If a video is encoded at 23.97 frames should I encode as 29 or leave it at 23 I've read conflicting posts?
    Also on resolution should I leave it at the resolution the source is at 512x384 or reencode to 352x240 or 480x480 any site that I could get some info on this?

    Are you trying to create a vcd, svcd, xvcd, xsvcd?

    Whatever I can fit on 1cd, it is a 50min episode of star trek tos. For some reason svcd was coming out as 1.85gb so Im trying vcd/xvcd now
