TMPGENC "FLICKER" WITH SPYKIDS MOVIE

I am converting my Spykids DVD to SVCD/VCD and no matter what settings or templates I try with Tmpgenc, I always get a "Flicker" after it makes the .MPG file. Its hard to explain it here, but say if someone is waving their hand, you would see a quick flicker of it in the motion they wave. It sometimes looks like the video is jerky! The jerkiness/flickering is random but frequent.

If anyone knows what I am talkin about plz help!!! How can I fix this??

Im having problems like this with the New Snow white movie did you get this problem fixed ?

Use the deinterlace filter in TMPGEnc. Double click on it and you can preview the movie with different filters (odd/even). One of those will usually work.
