need help with tempgnc

i have an .avi of the series 24.

i load up the avi on tempgnc

then i convert the ac3 i have to .wav

after this i load up the wav file and hit start

tempgnc cuts off and dissapears.

this happened when i tried to convert only fools and horses aswel.

is this beacause it is to small a process for dvd convertion.

How do you convert your ac3 to wav?

I presume TmpgEnc normally works for you - it's just these particular files?

Check the avi for bad frames.

When you say "cut out" did you get an error message ?

no tempgnc just disapears without any error message

I used to get this, re-install.
