and I want them to stay that hue *after* I burn them, so they look unburned.
do these exist?

Not yet.
Well, I've never seen them. Give it a couple more years and I'm sure there will be as many colours to choose from as there are CD-R's.
How compatible they will be is another matter, of course - we've still got problems with the ones we've got now ! -
looks like -RWs may be the way to go, they don't look "burned" after burning, and they are paler at least.
