WIN XP PRO-CANOPUS REX-RT-CAPTURING-DVD-R

I'd just like to begin by saying thanks to the creators of this website for bringing a lot of valuable information to newbies like myself .
Can anyone help me with the following:- I need to capture final video footage produced and edited on a pc using a canopus rex-rt, to then export to another pc, to then transfer it to DVD-R. I have a XP-Pro & a firewire card installed on DVD-R recording pc and both have 100mb network cards.
The various software I have at the moment are: SOFTMPEG, MGI VIDEOWAVE 3 SE, ULEAD VIDEOSTUDIO 4.0 SE, MY DVD 2.3(Sonic),INSTANT DVD/CD (VOB),.
I have read other posts about various capturing techniques but would like to know which software etc to use for the best possible results.
The new programs I have seen are "Roxio videopack5 & Ulead DVD factory and DVD video studio .
Please can somebody help me through this minefield.

Do you mean ADS Instant DVD or VOB InstantCD/DVD?.

...just out of curiosity, what's wrong with the software that came with your Rex? I mean, Canopus software (for entry level) "IS NOT BAD"...and I'm referring to the capture and tools (DVD-It, Smartsound, SoftMPEG, XPlode). And knowing Rex is in the higher end of the scale, you should have pretty much "COOL" software, and also considering the REX is not cheap. Is the bundle included in your list?
