    what program should i use to remux demux? i use tmpmpeg and it has blurts of choppyness and it isnt free. i cant seem to find a working link for bb.

    Use TMPG to demux. It is free.
    If you want to create VCD or SVCD, use bbMPEG to multiplex.

    Only if you are going to make a VBR XVCD, TMPG multiplex might be better.
