    I TRIED TO CONVERT DVD FILE (.VOB EXTENSION)
    WITH FLASK-AVISYNTH-TMPEG.

    That means ou have a bad frame or bad sets of frames in a row and tmpgenc has haulted cuz those frames are corrupted.

    Sorry but only way to fix that without re-ripping is to delete those bad frames(i prefer Virtual dub.)
