    hi

    i have got the most recent version of TMPGEnc ( i use smart ripper, dvdavi also) and i have noticed that now when i convert a dvd to an mpg file i get a slightly jagged line at the top of the picture - which is is apparent in 4:3 and widescreen format. does anyone know how to solve this problem.



    also is there a way to create anamorphic vcds?

    If the "step" is outside the TV viewing area, probably just as well to leave as is.
    Always check helpfiles/instructions before leaping...
