DVD shrink????

Hi all,


I have been using this no problem then my hard drive went. I had to put new one in now when I run dvd srink it dosent want to know.

Before it took like an hour to shrink a DVD now it either says 2-3 hours then locks the system up or when its doing a DVD it comes up with a code like cc: 33 44 55c

whats that about????

I did have an icon with the globe on it before that used to come up but even the shrink dosent want to know. Also I can't find my DVD region control on my PC an hwere weid this????

OK I got that but these are the 2 errors I get on the screen
