    I try to convert a avi file to svcd mpg file
    and during the conversion i have this message and everything stop

    warning nothing to output
    bframe decoder lag

    Does anyone know what does that mean and what can i do to correct it ?

    I forgot to tell that this message is being display in the square screen where the video preview
    is being displayed

    Do you think that this wold be a audio problem or a video problem ?
