  1. Any opinions of which is better? Running NERO recode with AnyDVD appears to offer more options - more control.

    Is the Video Quality of compressed video better for one over the other? Also, what about CloneDVD2 from Elby in comparison to NERO and SVS X Copy

  3. If you re looking to backup your dvd's why not just go with dvdshrink (freeware)... App has a good rep here.

    DVD X copy does not not have a good rep, being unpredictable in backing up one dvd to the next - amoungst other issues.

    Can't speak to nero recode - don't use it.
    Always check helpfiles/instructions before leaping...

  4. Isn't Recode 2 better than DVD shrink? From what I've read, they are dubing it as DVDShrink V4

    The same person that wrote DVD Shrink worked on Recode 2.
