can i make a picture on my PC into mpg? like bmp, or jpeg...

i wanna make a menu page for my VCD, can i like just select a picture and then convert it into mpg or sump? cuz to make the menu, it only lets u select mpgs...help!

Yes, for VCD make it 704x480, and save it as .jpg It can be burned directly by draging the image file over like you do with your mpeg files. You can then select how long it stays up before playing the mpeg file. If you want to make a "real" menu, get Nero 5.5 or other VCD authoring software to make menu titles, over a blank page, or any image you select (like DVD menus).
