    I have a m2v file and a AC3 6CH file with a delay i tried to multiplex these using TPMPEG but the resulting mpeg2 program stream is out of sync becuase it hasn't delayed the AC3 file.

    I need a multiplexer which will allow me to multiplex the two together and with the delay in the audio.

    Is there anything i can use to achieve this?

    If you're going to create a DVD, you can author with IfoEdit without muxing first. IfoEdit has a delay setting.
