    I want to resize my project oto 480 x 576 in CCE what is the best / easiest way to do it?

    You can not resize to 480x576 with CCE. Use Avisynth or VirtualDub instead and frameserve to CCE.

    you can resize with VirtualDub very easy and quick
    open your video file in VD
    Go to video>full processing mode>filters>add>resize
    small window will show up and then use your desire settings
