    i'v tried to backup "santana" with dvdshrink and i get an error that the files are encrypted, i tried to use "smart ripper" but the program always freez on 2%....what can i do?

    I ripped the same dvd santana supernatural with dvd decryptor with no problems. And finally read up on the how to's on the left..

    Try playing the DVD on your pc for a couple of minutes to 'unlock' the files.. then try ripping again.
