  1. I take my avi or MPEG1 files, set it up for a VCD, and MPEGWorks churns away for a good spell, and it gives me the COMPLETE message, only trouble is, the resulting file can not be found ANYWHERE!?!?
The directory that it's saved in can be opened and you can see the files temporarily while it's run, but as soon as it's gone, they vanish? Using it for a DVD is fine, but VCD's simply vanish upon completion?
    Any ideas on that one?

  3. The MPEG2 Works forum is here.

The answer to Your question is:

With AVI input file use "VCD PAL" or "VCD NTSC" button under "VCD" section of MPEG2 Works...With MPEG1 input file use "MPEG1 > VCDPAL" or "MPEG1 > VCDNTSC" buttons...

Also Your input files MUST have audio track...If Your DivX is playable in QuickTime with sound, then my app will convert it in MPEG1 or whatecer You choose...If You dont hear sound during playback, run Your DivX through Divx Doctor II to fix audio problem, and then use produced .mov as input within my app...

The files vanished from Your output directory, cause mplex tool did not multiplex audio and video in .mpg...So Im presuming that audio file is not recognized by my app and it cannot be converted...
