Reading Problem Using Liteon DVD-ROM LTD163-D

Hi Guys,

I'm having problems with the above drive. Untill recently this drive has performed excellent, but now i'm having reading problems.

The drive itself shows up no errors in winxp and it's able to read PC Game CD/DVDROM discs and mp3's burnt to cdrs.

But it will read DVD's or Audio CD's, it just keeps spinning the disc for about 30 secs and then nothing, when i goto it's icon and select open, it says to insert a disc into it.

This one has baffled me and i've tried all the usual options.

So if anyone has ever had this problem or knows how to cure the help would be welcomed.
