If i'll burn vob (dts,dd) trailers on 700m cd and

played them on my dvd player...it will remain dts,dd ?
do i have to burn them on a DVD-R media (if its less then 700 mb),is the dvd media and thr cd media are the same ? the only difference is the size?

No, they are not the same, data density is much lower for CD requiring a higher spin speed, mini-DVD playability quite low.

A few minutes of searching would reveal this info to you along with much more, and possible ways to do what you want and make it work, with some changes.
