Does anyone know a burning tool that would allow to burn divx/avi files in mode 2/form2 (used for (S)VCD) ?
I think this way I could fit 800Mb of data on a 80min CDR.
I tried nero and VCDimager, but both check if the file is an mpeg file before burning/creating the image.

SVCDs and VCDs must have their source files in MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 respectively.
If you want to put DivX onto a S/VCD, you will thus have to convert it to MPEG-1/2 first.
<--- There are guides on how to do this on the menu to your left...
Good luck.
