    i am trying to merge 2 avi files (virtual dub)- i click save as avi & it seems to go ok for a while then reports :Error:Cannot seek within file"etc.avi":The parameter is incorrect, then stops - what must i look for

    Send a message via ICQ to Tommyknocker Send a message via Yahoo to Tommyknocker
    Scan the file for bad frames. If none are found, go ahead and save it under a new filename and ss if that works.

    tried saving with diff name & seems theres no problems with the 2 files - HELP !!!

    Try virtual dub mod ,it has help for me to merge a couple files the would not merge in virtual dub
