Lexmark X63 All In One Printer...A decent Buy

Hello--
I was in the market for a multifunction printer. I came across a refurbished Lexmark X63 for $45 shipped. Is this a decent buy? I am a college student, so I have very limited funds, and I am a bit wary of Lexmark, but I would like to hear what others have to say on the topic. Thanks!

Not a bad deal...until you read the "fine print":

"Note: Ink Cartridges are not included"

and at $23 buck a pop for the ink, you're already at almost $100. I have a Lexmark X75 PrinTrio (prints, copies, and scans) that I picked up at the local K-mart for $89.99, and I have been very pleased with it.

Do you really need a fax machine?
