MP3 TO Audio help pls

I used to use Nero on my old computer to simply drag mp3 audio and then it would automatically convert into normal wave.
Now on my laptop Nero will not let me it keeps telling i need burning rights. Does anyone no of another program i can use that will do the same.

Your user (on the lap top) is obviously not entitled to burn CD's. Talk to the admin about it...

Talk to the administrator, i am the administrator according to my computer. What do i need to do.

Are the MP3 files copyprotected?If so you can't burn them,play the file with WMP and look for "Content Protected" or right-click on the file and click on Properties.

Try loggin onto Windows as "Administrator".

I am the administrator so when i log on i am the admin. Is their anything i can do
