I THINK this is being posted in the right forum - here goes.
For NTSC>PAL standards conversions from Video (29.97fps) sources, and I believe this was especially in earlier days, the type of standards conversion seemed to double over the last 5 NTSC frames of each second over the last 5 of the PAL second, resulting in a "motion blur" look.
I'd like to recreate this look, does anyone know if there is a filter available for VirtualDub or any other program that will "ghost" frames over each other selectively like this?
