Philips 729 and SVCD subs problem

Hi,

I have a problem with SVCD subs . I've made my CDs with DVD2SVCD, and i add SVCD subs (with WinSubMuxer, by DVD2SVCD).

But in my DVD-player subs don't work, don't appear I don't know why!
I tried CVD subs, they don't work too..

Now I'm doing it with Permanent Subs, but I wanna have possibility to turn on/off subs on my CDs ;(

please, give me some advice
