I'm having major problems trying to rip .mov files from a DVD. I'm using DVD extractor in 0S9. I've used OSEx in OS10 but I've read that it corrupts the PCM audio files. My problem is I can get the .m2v files off the DVD just fine. The audio files are a different story. They extract to .pcm files and no matter what I do they are unuseable. I've tried everything to convert them to either .mp2 or .ac3 and nothing works. I've even tried using a PC to do something with the PCM file and nothing works. I'm at the end of my rope and do not know what to do.

Convert your .pcm files to .aiff by using PCM2AIFF Drop Convert. It's now available for OS X and rips from 0Sex are converted without a problem.

Try VersionTracker ... it may be under "PCMtoAIFF" rather than the spelling using the numeral 2.
