I downloaded an old tv series as avi files. I have converted them to mpeg using TMPENG. Reauthored them using DMPENG author to make a full DVD's worth. The mpeg are vcd quality to fit the entire series onto on DVD. The output from DMPENG author can't be read by dvdshrink nor dvddecryper to write to DVD, saying the vobs can't be decrypted:reason unknown. I tried infoedit and vobedit but not really sure how to use them. Do you guys have any ideas? Thanks

did you make an iso with tmpgenc dvd author? or an dvd video folder?

I have experienced the same problem with TMPGEnc DVD Author when creating the VIDEO_TS folder and the only workaround I have is to rip using Smartripper.
If in doubt, Google it. -
thanks for the help but it sorta solved itself, used the dvd writer in TMPEGnc Author. Logical really !
