This is a professional video sight and they have some very nice looping animations. And the price won't break the bank.

I like to make my own. Ulead Cool 3D is great for this and more. Ulead also has a free Texture Plug-in for Photoshop. It makes some very cool textures.

You can get a trial version of Ulead Cool 3D (the only Ulead S/W I like) that is fully functional. I've made lots of animations with it and they are allways first rate.
